Bustamante Partners, LLC is a new Texas registered company led San Antonio, TX native Ivan Hessbrook and Dallas, TX resident Patrick Earles. Hessbrook is a veteran mechanical electrical and plumbing contractor (MEP) having managed Bustamante Construction since 2015. Bustamante Construction has a history under Hessbrooks’ lead of achieving improbable outcomes under intense pressure and project challenges.

These alternative power plants push the power industry forward with new standards and proven clean energy systems using natural gas powered turbines, modified rocket technology with carbon capture and underground sequestration. Our growth strategy is to include an emphasis on delivering companion hydro-powered cooling towers that are energy independent which is a significant value for municipalities, especially in the state of Texas. The recent February 2021 winter freeze taught Texans that renewable energy does not have the power to deliver the electricity generating needs of the state’s residents.
