(1) Role of CoDeveloper (Carried Interest): in this role, we take equity in a project as carried interest staging the development with a predictable cost and timeline at 80% of future market value.

Role of General Contractor: if you’re Developer staging a new development project, and want to set a new benchmark of financial performance with all assets in a new portfolio, we should discuss collaboration.

Role of Specialty Contractor: If you’re a General Contractor, we can set a new financial benchmark for your Developer client serving as your Specialty Contractor. In this role, you are the lead and can count on us to elevate the performance, value and exit price of every property we collaborate on. We can achieve this outcome if we simply are assigned to handle the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and interior finish trades of your project. We will self perform the MEPD trades with our own supply of skilled and unskilled labor.

We can clean workspace environments with stimuli-responsive, environmentally-adaptive products that use smart polymers. These polymers and antimicrobials offer a new approach for preventing mold in water damaged and sick-buildings. The polymers and antimicrobials noted above can also be used to create building envelope in residential housing, or commercial building during construction.
