Our strategic plan is five year trajectory of growth with the collaboration of our team and trade partners. In 2025, we continued serving as a luxury residential contractor in Texas and New York state and are now staging new development projects in Texas.

Here is a snapshot of current development projects:
(1) Rocketown 10 Condos, Dallas TX - Rocketown 10 is a ten unit, three story condo community we will develop as upscale rental housing with a recreational rootop experience. The design includes pickleball, swimming and social space on the roof through the all concrete design. We believe this innovative design will make Rocketown 10 an attractive community to professionals in the Medical District near Love Field Airport, and UT Southwestern Medical Center.

(2) Rocketown 368 Denison TX - Rocketown is a planned condo community off of FM 368 we are developing into rental housing to accomodate the job growth in Sherman and Denison. The job gorwth is due to the $35 billion capital expansion by two tech firms: (a) Texas Instruments and (b) GlobiTech. The long range development plan is to build 160 housing units with the first phase of development beginning in 4Q 2026.

(3) Rocketown 320 Abilene TX - Abilene is a planned residential community we are developing into 320 housing units in the high growth area of Abilene near Hardin Simmons, Abilene Christian University and the hospital district. This project will address critical housing to accommodate the job growth in Abilene due to the Stargate Data Center development that is underway. The short range plan is to build 64 housing units with the first phase beginning in Q1 2027.
