He has been a frequent subcontractor of Turner Construction, with complex project assignments across central Texas, and has delivered value for K-12 school districts, USAA, Webber, Marriott, and Texas hotel developers as Hilton franchisees.

Patrick Earles is a founder and director of Momentous Partners, a Texas-based commercial real estate development company with integrated construction capabilities. A strategic, persuasive, and fearless entrepreneur, Patrick is an eleven-time founder with six successful exits and a completed merger of two financial institutions. He is well versed in capital markets and complex transactions and leads Momentous Partners’ commercial project development and financing efforts.
Patrick brings a proven economic framework that can generate twice the tax deductions during the first five years of stabilization compared with conventional development approaches, enhancing asset performance and long-term value. Early adopters of his framework include Chevron USA, NRG Energy, Embassy Suites, OZ Bank, Bank of America, and Koch Industries.
In his early 20s, Patrick was challenged to change direction and embrace Christ through a biblical perspective that emphasizes personal freedom, fulfillment, and success. He has been married to his wife, Lorri, for 38 years. Together, they are parents of eight adult children and seven grandchildren. Living a purposeful, functional life is their highest ambition.
