Rex is a CPA with an entrepreneur’s mindset, extensive business expertise and contract administration that he brings to Bustamante Partners. Since November 2020, he has been an advisor to Unrivaled Advisors, Bustamante Construction and Bustamante Partners. As a Bustamante team member, Rex supports the critical planning with expertise to elevate the value that Bustamante brings to its clients as a General Contractor. His role encompasses contract administration, accounting, payables, receivables, and the power of analytics that define the most viable use of assets and real estate property.
Rex is well acquainted with the new standards in commercial real estate development that Unrivaled and Bustamante are building with. Capital recovery is one of the cornerstones of our development model that changes the economic viability of every real estate development.
In addition, Rex has become acquainted with the advantage Unrivaled augments for driving new real estate project development for non-profit organizations that hinge on donor based giving. Our donor giving platform provides donors with a 60 cent tax deduction on every $1 of donation in a capital campaign. The element of donor giving is an essential element of the construction of real estate projects for non-profits, non-profit healthcare organizations and universities (student housing), etc.
Rex brings three degrees including a master’s degree in Economic Development and understands our vision to enhance the balance sheet, and business performance of our clients - REIT’s, developers, hoteliers, banks, credit unions, physician partners, and municipalities who need strategic advantages that change dynamics of risk mitigation, repurposing of existing real estate buildings with new standards in sustainable real estate development. Our intelligence and infrastructure support includes creating secondary passive income in existing or new real estate buildings for our Clients.
