He has been a frequent subcontractor of Turner Construction, with complex project assignments across central Texas, and has delivered value for K-12 school districts, USAA, Webber, Marriott, and Texas hotel developers as Hilton franchisees.

Carlos lives and works in Gulfport, MS and is on the board of Memorial Hospital, Gulfport, MS.

Cody lives in Ellisburg, MS with his wife Ashley and six children.
