His firms buy "real" value and trade relative value.
Ken has played a huge role in the shaping the diverse structure of Unrivaled Development Group, a Texas registered limited partnership. As a Unrivaled Development Group co-founder, Ken has built alliances with infrastructure capital sources, private equity firms and private family offices to grow the Unrivaled real estate portfolio.
